Agents
Its the Agents responsibility for ALL tickets in their possession, if they want to pass tickets on to another person to sell them at work the tickets still remain their responsibility.
Agents to hand in White copy with money to M Cheatle, Blue copy will be retained by the subscriber.
All tickets serial numbered and batched to Agents, if any tickets are void/mistakes or fouled then these tickets must be returned.
All tickets and monies to be handed in by 5pm on the Saturday of the draw to M Cheatle for the draw to take place at 6pm. No ticket - No Entry; its the Agents responsibility to have them all in on time.
Tickets can be sold in the clubhouse on the Saturday up until 15 minutes before the draw.
The Draw
All numbers in the draw bag will be verified for their existence, if its a 14 ball week then we ensure that 14 balls are in the bag, this person will sign to say that this is a true record.
The draw will take place on 6pm by M Cheatle or a nominated person if M Cheatle is not available.
Randomly picked individuals who are in the clubhouse at the time of the draw will pull a single ball out of the draw bag, once the ball is drawn then the person who drew the ball will sign to indicate that is a true record, this will happen to all 6 balls pulled .
Winners will be notified by the Monday after the draw and the winnings paid out on that day too.
Detail of all Draws, Draw History and estimated Jackpots will be available by Sunday 5pm after the Saturday draw.
